Terms & Conditions For Guardian / Employer

1. You know and agree that First two days will be the demo classes and the Tutor / Teacher will continue further only after first month tuition fee payment received by Tezzas Tutorial.(Not applicable to Employers other than students /Guardian hiring a Home Tutor /Trainer.)

1A. You know and agree that you will pay first month Job salary of employee to us.

2. In some special circumstances, Apart from first month tuition fee /salary we also have right to collect / receive tuition fee/salary for any other month from Guardian / Student /Employer on behalf of Teacher ( Tutor )/Employee.

3. You know and agree that verified * Teacher / Tutor/Employee means, we have his / her ID & Address proof along with academic records provided by him / her . Same can be provided to you and Legal Authority on demand only when there is Legal requirement for relevant cause.

3A. You know and agree that you will provide / send ( Whatsapp or Email ) clear pic of valid ID and address proof ( Aadhar preferred ) before hiring a Lady teacher/Employee.

3B. You know and agree that details / logo /banner /image of you / your institute /business entity may be used by us for informative /promo purposes.

4 . You know and agree that You have received 'class/duty attendance & fee/salary payment sheet' for maintenance of records regarding classes /working days & fee/salary payments. You will return this sheet to us / our Tutor/Employee on the day of tuition /Job discontinuation .

5. You know and agree that before hiring a Tutor /Employee or take Demo Classes you ( Student/Employer ) need to get registered with us. You know and agree that you don't need to pay any Registration fee if you get registered before 1st April, 2023.

5A. You know and agree that under any offer period any Off, Cashback, refferal , refund or promo amount for tuition fee/salary will be applicable only when running of tuition/Job continues for at least four months from date of registration and fee/salary payment made by you for the same period.

6. Registration of student /Employer includes only the service to provide / supply / replace* Teacher ( Tutor ) /Employee whenever student / Guardian/Employer demands. *Providing / supply / replacement of Teacher ( Tutor )/Employee is subject matter of availability of Teacher ( Tutor ) /Employee at the point of time .

7. You know and agree that you will not misbehave with our Tutor / Teacher/Employee or us. Continuity of any Teacher ( Tutor)/Employee for tuition/Job is subject matter of ( depends on) harmonious relationship between you and teacher ( Tutor) /Employee and other conditions / reasons for teacher ( Tutor )/Employee . However you can get teacher (Tutor)/Employee replaced* any time, after completion of first month of tuition /Job of a Teacher (Tutor)/Employee .

8. You know and agree that if you call a Tutor / Teacher/Employee after a gap of few days / weeks / months of the trial class/days then it is the duty of you to inform us about that. ( See Term no. 9 )

9. You know and agree that If you hide from us the running of tuition / doing job by our Tutor / Teacher/Employee , first of all registration of student/Employer will be cancelled and we'll not be responsible / able to provide id /address proof /other details of Tutor /Teacher/Employee on demand.

10. You know and agree you will pay tuition fee / salary on due date to the Tutor /Teacher/Employee from second month and onwards. You will have to pay tuition fee / salary for each class given/working day by our Tutor / Teacher/Employee at discontinuation of tuition / job by your side /Tutor /Employee side /Our side . You are suggested to inform us about any advance fee / salary payment to our Tutor /Teacher/Employee before making it .

Terms & Conditions for Refferer / Associates

(For Individuals or Firms Partnering with Tezzas Tutorial)

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Tezzas Tutorial (“Company”) and any Associate (“You/Your”) who joins us to bring work, clients, or students.

1. Appointment of Associate

By agreeing to these terms, you become an Associate of Tezzas Tutorial for the purpose of referring or bringing work, clients, or students to the firm.

This agreement does not create an employer–employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture. You are acting as an independent associate.

2. Commission Structure

For referring a Tuition Job, You will be entitled to a One Time 25% Commission* (only for first month) on the net revenue actually received by the firm from the client(s) brought by you.
For referring a Home Tutor, You will be entitled to a One Time 10% Commission* (only for first month) on the net revenue actually received by the firm from the client(s) brought by you.

*Commission will be calculated only on net the amount received by the firm after deductions of related payments, taxes, discounts, or refunds (if any).

3. Payment Terms

Commission will be paid after the completion of the work or at the end of the month, whichever is applicable.

Payments will be made via bank transfer/UPI/any agreed mode within 2-3 working days after the month’s closure.

No advance commission will be paid before the Firm receives payment from the client.

4. Associate Responsibilities

You must bring genuine and verified work/clients/students.

The Firm reserves the right to accept or reject any work or client referred by you.

You will not make any commitments, promises, or representations on behalf of Tezzas Tutorial without prior written approval.

5. Confidentiality

All business information, client details, and Firm data shared with you must remain strictly confidential.

Misuse of confidential information may result in termination of your association and forfeiture of pending commissions.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this association by giving 7 days written notice.

In case of termination, commission will be paid only for the clients already referred and for payments actually received by the Firm up to the date of termination.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh courts only.

General Terms

The Firm reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time with prior notice.

By joining as a Tutor/Guardian/Employer/an Associate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
